Grilled Pork Tenderloin Wraps

In these Grilled Pork Tenderloin Wraps, you can enjoy tender grilled pork with a mix of fresh vegetables and creamy sour cream all wrapped up in a warm tortilla. Great for a quick and filling meal

Ingredients:

  • 1 pork tenderloin about 1 lb
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Hot sauce optional

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Put ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl

Mix them together to make a marinade

Make sure the pork tenderloin is well covered with the marinade by rubbing it all over

Place the pork tenderloin that has been marinated on a grill that has already been heated

Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning the pork over every so often, until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C and the pork is fully cooked

Take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it

Warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side, or until they are slightly charred and soft, while the pork rests

Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips after it has been grilled

Place a warm tortilla on a work surface and cover it with shredded lettuce

Then add diced tomatoes, diced red onion, sliced bell peppers, and the grilled pork tenderloin slices

Add hot sauce if you want and drizzle sour cream over the toppings

Top with fresh cilantro if you want

To make a wrap, fold the tortillas sides in and roll it up tight
