Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and boiled until tender
- 1 egg

Instructions:
Mash the boiled potatoes while still warm until smooth
Add the egg and mix well
Gradually add the flour and salt, kneading until a smooth dough forms

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
