Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine basil, cashews, garlic, and nutritional yeast
Pulse until finely chopped
While the food processor is running, drizzle in olive oil and lemon juice until well combined
Add salt and pepper, then pulse a few more times to incorporate
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary
Transfer to a jar or container and store in the refrigerator
