Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Pinch of salt
- Nutella for filling
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs until smooth
Gradually add the milk and melted butter while continuing to whisk
Add a pinch of salt and mix until the batter is free of lumps
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it
Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly
Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the crepe is lightly browned
Carefully flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side
Remove the crepe from the skillet and let it cool slightly
Spread a generous amount of Nutella on one half of the crepe
Fold the crepe in half to encase the Nutella, creating a half-moon shape
Dust with powdered sugar before serving
Repeat the process for the remaining batter and Nutella, making more crepes
Serve warm and enjoy
