Ingredients:
- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher
Add breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper
